How can I get more information or assistance prior to placing an order?

If you need more information or assistance please use the Contact Us form and one of our customer advisers will reply as soon as possible.

How do I get a price quote?

To get a price quote you can use the Price Estimator where you will find a list of all the products in the section you have selected organized by price or you can go to an individual product page and insert the width and drop for that product.

Do you send out samples?

Yes, we offer free samples you can request directly from the website or by using our Contact Us form stating the samples you need together with a delivery address and they will be delivered by post as soon as possible. Normally, it takes 2-3 days for the samples to get to you.

Can you send a brochure?

Unfortunately, we do not offer brochures. All our products are listed online and you can also order free samples to help you decide on your colour scheme.

How much is the delivery fee?

For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge while for the rest of the orders a fee of £5,99 is applied. Also please note that in some areas the carrier might charge extra delivery fees. If you need to find out more about the delivery fees for your address please use the Contact Us form.

Could I arrange the delivery date?

Unfortunately, due to their nature, made to measure goods do not have an exact delivery date. When the order is finalized and dispatched you will be notified via email where you will also be provided with the consignment number so you can contact the carriers to arrange delivery. In case the carrier has attempted to deliver the blinds and miss you the first time, they will also leave a card so you can contact them to rearrange delivery.

Do you make deliveries outside of the UK?

We only make deliveries to mainland UK and to Northern Ireland.

How do I need to take the measurements for my blinds?

You will need to measure the recess from wall to wall and from top to bottom in several areas to ensure that the size you provide is accurate. In case you want to place them inside the recess, select the option in the product page and the factory will make the necessary allowances. If you want the blinds in the exact sizes you provide, please select the Outside recess option.

How do I measure for roller blinds?

For inside recess option, the factory will deduct 3 mm from the provided measurements to ensure that the roller blinds fits inside the recess. For outside recess roller blinds, they will be made in the exact sizes you provide.

Please note that the width of the blind is not only the cloth size, it also contains the brackets, that is cloth size plus 35 mm for the brackets. That means you will need to make sure that the measurements you provide are the cloth width plus 35mm for the brackets.

Ex: If you enter 1035 mm width, the cloth will be of 1000 mm, but the total width of the blind will be of 1035 mm.

Do you provide measuring / fitting services as well?

Unfortunately, we are an online only business and we cannot offer assistance with measuring and fitting services.

Do your vertical blinds come with a headrail or just the louvres?

Our vertical blinds come with a headrail which is included in the price.

Do you sell louvers / slats for vertical blinds?

Presently, we do not take orders for just louvers/ slats for vertical blinds. Please check out our website for any future changes.

I have not received an email confirmation for my order. What do I do next?

Should you not receive an email confirmation of your order, please use the Contact Us page to let us know. Select "Existing order" option, fill in your name and delivery postcode and your order will appear on the screen. At the top of the page you will be able to find the "View Order" button. In order to get to your order page, please make sure you insert the name and the postcode you have used to place the order.

How do I chase an order if it has not arrived withing the specified time frame?

If your order as not arrived as indicated in the order confirmation, please use the Contact Us form to let us know and we will chase the order for you.

What do I do if the parcels look damaged?

If you see that the parcels are damaged, please sign the delivery form for them as "damaged". Also, please make sure that in the case you are unable to inspect the blinds before the driver leaves, you sign for the parcel as "Unchecked".

The blinds I received are not in the correct sizes I ordered, how do I replace them?

If you have taken the blinds out of the packaging and after measuring them you have discovered that they are not in the sizes you ordered, please use the Contact Us form to let us know stating the size of the blinds you have received, we will look into the problem and get back to you as soon as possible. In some cases we may need to collect the blinds for inspection. Usually, it takes 3-5 working days for the replacement to get to you.

I have not received installation instructions with my blinds./p>

Installation instructions are available online on each product page. Simply access the product you have ordered and you will find the How to Install button in the center of the page.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, made to measure products cannot be returned but ready made ones can be returned.

What are "pelmet returns"?

Pelmet returns are needed for wooden venetian blinds, when they are fitted outside the recess and the sides of the hedrail are visible. The returns are pieces of wood cut at a 45 degrees angle to be attached at the pelmet ends.

Can I replace/ take off slats on my wooden blinds?

Yes, you can easily replace or remove slats from your wooden blind. Simply remove the caps from the bottom bar (the one holding the strings in place), and remove the slats until you reach the desired drop or to the one that needs replacing. Then thread the cord through all the remaining slats and place the caps at the bottom bar.

Can I use the blinds in the bathroom?

We recommend that prior to purchasing blinds for your bathroom, you check with our sales team as, dependent on the material they can be resistant to moisture. Most of our products are suitable for use inside kitchens and bathrooms but we never advise for any of our products to be directly exposed to water splashes or high steam areas.
